'In summer I love a classic Moscow Mule... Take a highball class, fill with ice, add 50ml of fresh lime juice, top with Bon Accord ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.'
We've heard that their ginger beer is also great in rum, bourbon and whisky cocktails...
